One of the most successful seasons for the Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn girls’ golf team has resulted in individual honors for three players. The accolades keep coming for Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn senior Kooper Ebel, who was named the 2022 Class A Player of the Year by the Iowa Football Coaches Association. The Hawk quarterback helped lead H-M-S to back-to-back 8-3 records in 2021 and 2022, each ending in the quarterfinal round of the Class A playoffs.
