The first shipments of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine are headed to northwest Iowa, according to a statement Monday from Sanford Health.     More than a week after Community Memorial Health Center in Hartley reported its first COVID-19 infection among its residents, nothing has changed.     The boards of directors of First Cooperative Association, of Cherokee, and Alceco, of Albert City, have signed a letter of intent (LOI) to conduct a unification study between the two cooperatives.
