Plenty of parking spots were needed to accomodate 10 tractors March 3 at Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn High School. Vet tech students receive pins Students enrolled in Northeast Community College’s veterinary technology program received their white lab coats and pins during a special ceremony held recently in Norfolk, Neb. NCC selects next president In a unanimous decision the Northwest Iowa Community College board of trustees approved the hiring of Dr. John Hartog, III, of Boyden, as the 10th president of NCC.
