    A big change is coming to a Hartley medical clinic soon. The family clinic located inside Hartley's Community Memorial Health Center will transfer operations from MercyOne to Spencer Hospital.     Everly is about to become a one-siren town. The city council on Monday approved an amended quote from Blue Valley Public Safety raising the price tag to replace the town’s warning siren from $28,500 to $31,098.95. Included in the new quote are the removal of the city’s two old sirens and the addition of a noon and 6 p.m. whistle, which was requested by council members.     The air was thick with smoke between Harris and May City last week thanks to a fire that burned for nearly two full days. Fire departments from May City and Harris were paged to Sunrise Farms' poultry facility on White Avenue around 11 p.m. on May 9.
