Clay Central/Everly recently celebrated the PBIS October Star Students. Star Students are chosen for exhibiting good behaviors within and outside of their classrooms with classmates, teachers and staff.
PBIS stands for Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports and was integrated into school systems in order to provide a learning environment where students can thrive and succeed. It is a three-tiered system preventing unwanted behaviors by providing universal supports to all students.
