Pioneers defeat Hinton, lose Siouxland dual to Warriors

By nearly identical scores, Okoboji/HMS split a double dual with Hinton and Sioux Center on Dec. 9 at Sioux Center.
The Pioneers won the opener against Hinton, 46-30, but Sioux Center turned the tables on Okoboji/HMS to earn a 45-30 win in a Siouxland Conference dual.
H-M-S wrestlers James Gellerman won twice and Nick Bronstad, Ethan Wiersma and Jonathan Ortiz each had one win.
